Not a single one of those extremely cash-strapped programs is 'meal
money for walking the streets'. Which if you were not applying a
strenuous wilful attempt at self-induced reading-comprehension problems,
you would have seen in the plain text.
If you actually do not understand the concepts of employment services,
Medi-Cal linkage, SSI Pending, and Workfare, that is the problem inside
your head you should fix.
Being penniless in San Francisco is pretty much hellish with the sole
consolation being the lack of snow, and even insane homeless people
don't do it for the money, because insane doesn't necessarily imply
stupid.
