Or we could skip that, and have a Practical Politics 101 discussion about why the early bits (say, through the word 'record') are useful. But no, you didn't address the question posed.
And this is more of the sort of bullshit you pull pretty much all the time. People try to discuss specific things with you, and you go vague and sloppy.
