there is nothing private about a tech support and sales interaction with a public business.
This is just yet another purposeful confusion on his part. :et us go through all the levels of deciet involved now:
A) They don't track They DO B) They only use Google Analytics for optimization Optimization is BULLSHIT codeword for Tracking C) They don't use double click They know they use it and they KNOW it is part of googles analytics D) They can't take payments without Javascript.... That should make anyone with even a moment of adult maturity choke on their coffee as they read that E) You should hack your DNS server to circumvent their unethical behavior. Fuck that. Sometimes I have reason to use googles services aside. Maybe businesses that do this should be fined and lose their connection to the internet instead. F) This is a private conversation. Fuck that. It is a public conversation with a public business who's conduct is unethical in this matter and they Dave here can not just hide behind his false claim that this is a private conversation to cover up his responsibilities to the public.
I will NEVER have a private conversation with Dave. If his utube presentation is any indication of his personality and background, I have no interest in his personal life whatsoever.
His theories on Agile development, BTW, have a lot to be desired.
G) They use javascript, a proporitary tool. I know, everone does it and it is istill stupid. Not only is it a piss poor language, but it is a choke off point on what is now become a lynchpin technolgy on phones and browsers that fails to have adequate licensing protections. For a company that sells PDFs without DRM, maybe they should know this.
OK - this is where Richard chimes in that I'm not a nice enough guy ;)
