FWIW, my example BIND9 configuration files at http://linuxmafia.com/pub/linux/network/bind9-examples-linuxmafia.tar.gz include mapping of a few dozen advertising/tracking domains including doubleclick.net to 127.0.0.1. I publish said example fileset pro bono publico. You're welcome.
