And LSL, LinuxMall, etc.
Linux Central is still in business, but it looks like Cheapbytes / Linux System Labs (which they bought out) has closed shop. MadTux shut down at the end of 2008. To my knowledge, that leaves Linux Central as the sole survivor.

$2.33, and you can have your own copy of the 1960 paperback with the same blue cover as mine, and maybe even some food stains. http://www.amazon.com/I-Hate-Cook-Book/dp/B000O3CX9O/
She wrote two, ahem, sequels, and then all three were also republished as _The Complete I Hate to Cook Book_, in a single volume. http://www.amazon.com/The-Complete-Hate-Cook-Book/dp/055327130X/
There were also other volumes of hers that included recipes. Also, if you Web-search on 'Peg Bracken recipe', you'll find many of the recipes online.
