Yeah, I like Off the Grid's periodic food-truck conventions, too (e.g., every Wednesday in downtown Menlo Park[1]), but it's delusional to think those ought to be regular fare for low-income citizens. They're merely a bit cheaper than sit-down restaurants.
Good recipes are easy to find, even without going to the library and cribbing from old Peg Bracken books, etc.
