I can only tell you it's something local to your site, as you can verify by signing up to the 'test' mailing list on linuxmafia.com and sending test messages to it.
By the way, any reason why you aren't using a 'test' mailing list for all of your throw-another-message-a-the-problem efforts at diagnosis?
Also, _are_ you following any of my other disagnostic advice? Attempting to profile the process? Making sure the machine is consulting a reversive DNS nameserver on localhost?
