Never heard of it before, but it sound similar to the concept behind MOF files which is an open standard. MOF (Model Object Format) is a markup language for flow diagrams which can also be used to generate skeleton code in several languages (most often java) and can also be used in a similar fashion as a header for IPC. MOF is also the basis for CIM (common information model) which is basically a sane replacement for SNMP for which I've been writing a pure Perl client library for while on the subway going to and from work for the last few years https://github.com/prmarino1/Lib-CIM-Perl
So why are you asking about proprietary windows applications for generating " genuine 32bit" windows code using a GUI.
