What funky thing did you do to disable HTML emails support this time :)
No seriously that's actually not out of spec for email and it does have the right mime tags. The mail archive tool is what needs to be updated to handle it. Alternatively the site could be modified to pass the mime data to the browser so it could render the message for you

this seems to be one of the affects of the turn over. I have NO IDEA
why I'm getting base64 encoding sometime not. I assume it starts in
thunderbird, but this never happened before.
