This, I suppose (I looked at their methodology) is useful for job-hunting and career decisions perhaps, but I'm not sure what else it's actually good for. I see /so much/ of this kind of thing in the news lately. I'm not sure if I've just become aware of it or if it's getting worse. (The people writing about tech have /definitely/ gotten worse as a group.)
