Not before you mentioned it. Why?
On a quick pass through the cited page, I like what I see. It seems
quite thorough and throws in additional useful things like some relevant
observations on hardware selection and compilation speed.
Some detials of wording obviously reflect Commonwealth English, such as
standard-English 'mains' (cf. eccentric-American 'AC') for wall power.
