No, your fundementally wrong but you exploit the benifits that others have laid out for you.

It is OBVIOUS to any individual that rights that you want for yourself and which you are not willing to guarantee to others are not rights at all. Freedom, in this case in speach and code, along with the privacies that it underpins, is something you GIVE, not take.
