In general I don't care it the cable is pretty just if it passes when hooked up to a fluke tester. If the cripmmaster works for you than so be it. There was a time when I use to have crimp hundreds of endings in just a few hours I got use to the cheap ones just like the rest of my team and at the time we tried a whole bunch of them. I also found latter teaching kids in a high school I worked in how to crimp cables as part of a Cisco class that the kids always came to the same conclusion too.

Yeah, well, fortunately I didn't recommend buying an expensive one (i.e.
did not seek to impose upon Ruben wallet extraction therapy), but rather
a good one. The ones people visit me with always seem to have poor fit
& finish, thus working sloppily, thus doing an unreliable job. I lend
the visitor a Crimpmaster for comparison's sake, and the results are
better, it feels much more consistent, and the visitors invariably
consider them a more pleasant and useful experience.
I'm glad you like whatever it is you have, though.
