Rafi, I got social worker lined up for any program we can run and maybe some cooperation from Groups in Crown Heights. I see nothing from the Brooklyn Boro Presidents office. Manhattan is Gale Brewster, and she has been a quality representive and aware of tech issues for a long time. The Brooklyn guy is a retired cop who formed the "100 Black Men in the Police Department" or whatever it was called and has much less of a track record. And Fernendo is in the Bronx, I think.
