OK, fair enough.
If you want to see real-world 2015 headers, all you really need is a
sample of the two leading open-source MLMs (mailing list managers),
Sympa (Perl) and GNU Mailman (Python). Key headers are largely the
same, and the point is that users will tend to expect, and filter using,
those headers.
You're already on some Mailman-based lists. Sympa can be experienced,
among other places, on the Linux Users of Victoria's mailing lists,
