So WINS is reporting on the oncoming snow and the assistant Mayor is
interviewed. She says something like, "We are ready for the snow and
we've had snow emergency crews on the ready for 12 hour shifts over the
last week".
The WINS announcers then says, "No report from the city as to WHY the
snow emergency crews have been on 12 Hour shiftwa for more than a
week..."
