*What will you do??*
As a QA engineer, you will join our QAdepartment to perform software
quality testing, both manual and automated, in an open source LAMP
environment and frameworks.? You will prepare testing andsoftware
release procedures and documentations.? You will be a hands-on team
player who will work very closely and collaboratively with oursoftware
developers, IT staff and the professional services team.?
*Desired Skills & Experience*
*What do you need to know??*
* A minimum of 2years solid QA experience working with web
applications and Linux environment.?
* Technical skills to review specifications and design documents.?
* Analytical skills to assess test results and test cases and
determine causes, and create detailed andcomprehensive defects reports.?
* Familiarity with defect tracking tools.?
* Ability to monitor and track defects and manage through resolution.?
* Understanding of regression test cases; youwill need to implement
and execute complex testing scenarios,increase permeations of
functionality testing, and increase code coverage(i.?e.? end-to-end
testing coverage).?
* Comprehensive organizational and writing skills; you will need to
write detailed test cases and test plans.?
* Knowledge of manual testing methodologiesincluding regression
testing, system end-to-end testing, functionality testing, black-box
and white-box testing, unit testing, integration testing (including
working with the development team), negative and adversarial
testing, and crash and recovery testing.?
* Ability to prepare test data and test environments.?
*A Plus*
* Experience with SQL.?
* Experience with automation testing tools(especially Selenium).?
* Experienceworking at a start-up.?
* Software programming skills.?
