Our founding fathers didn't believe in it WHY SHOULD WE. It is supposed to be a LIMITED government with protections of the individual FROM the government.
Barack Obama said:
"If people can't trust not only the executive branch but also don't trust Congress, and don't trust federal judges, to make sure that we're abiding by the Constitution with due process and rule of law, then we're going to have some problems here."
We DON'T believe in the american system of justice, and our role as a free people demands that we don't, and out RIGHTS under the constitution with is designed to protect our ability to RESIST government, because Government is dangerous and FOLLY.
Anybody, such as John Kerry, who makes moral judgements based on a consensus of the courts, wth limited (and secret) congressional oversite, and presidential discression does not BELONG in a position of government power. Such people CAN NOT be trusted with our freedom.
Snowden understands this TOTALLY and acts in kind. The Obama administration does not.
Obama is a bad man, and Kerry, is unbelievably even worse.
