Or maybe not. They just threw the old regime out after 20 years, not that the new guy is going to provide any proper address or relief.

It is not up to the Government, which has real police powers inherent to it's existence and without which it could not function, to have the extra-constitutional power that this court has allowed for, regardless of it's motivations.
Furthermore, it is not proper for the government to compare it's constiutional restrictions which are built to protect the public becuse government has police and militia powers, with the volunteered informatio given to facebook, regardless of how stupid people are with that as well.
Finally, I'm not confident that the current generation of children can understand what has happened because they were born into this restrictive environment and fed steady 24/7 propaganda from the iphones.
Large numbers would be more upset if their crackberry/iphones where taken away than if they were stop and frisked.
Thank God for Shabbos when we Jews turn the fucking things off and live free for 26 hours.
