I wonder if the activities of the NSA reach the bar of the need for a violent revolution. If the government is tracking every individual, it's intent is irrelevent. It becomes a police state unable to protect individual rights or to remain in the limited roll which it is supposed to be relegated to.
This would be justification for a violent response.
We can not allow government to track and tag every individual in the country without a warrent or evidence of criminal activity.
