I have these 2 Intel PII/PIII bookshelf tiny PC Boxes and can run nearly any distro of Linux on them I need (they currently run Mandrake 10 & Suse 9.2). But I was thinking...
What can run on a Pentium MMX 100MHz with 16mb of RAM, a 4 to 8gb HD and 800X600/1200/800 Million color resolution? Basic requirements: GUI, Open Office, Graphics - a good paint program. Advanced if possible requirements: Internet, networking, Graphics - Gimp.
RAM Expansion might be possible but not over 64MB.
This request is from an ever returning argument of "...Name me a GUI that can run on 16mb of RAM minimum with a few apps and internet? MS Windows (98se/Me/2000) can do it!"
