No some times hardware conflicts with each other depending on the vendor. I= ts usually not on purpose but its been known to happen. usually its a drive= r issue but not always occasionally its a bug in the motherboard chipset wh= ich is a byproduct of optimizing the integrated versions of the component. = I was just talking to an audio guy this past Sunday who was telling me his = audio equipment only worked with TI FireWire chipsets because most of the o= ther chipset vendors take shortcuts which are fine for most people but they= causes some external audio devices to freeze up.
