Well its actually a special soldering jig and the right soldering iron to d= o it. you would need but even that's not guarantee to work. Some o= f the older hardware maintainence guys at my job do this kind of thing all = the time but they only have a 50% success rate on newer equipment even thou= gh most of them have been doing it professionally for 20 or more years. =
