Being able to choose one's own connection can give you anything from a fractional T1 to a full blown OSD-128 and 265 lines at the lowest price available. I had a cabinet there with 15 Xserves and 2 solid state SAID/RAIDs with a OSD-23 line that was equivalent to 50 T3 lines -at- 20gb/sec access and 64 IP addresses (though I only used 15). Theoretically, I could upload 4GB movies in under a few seconds provided that the Torrents could match my speed. All this was $1200 a month, and that was cheap. Sharing a Rack with a Fractional T1 will be for under $200. You would need to call and ask.
