Telex is good but it will still cost you. They just provide space and power you still have to purchase internet serveice independantly. Host monster is ok but its shared hosting. If you like I can ask if we can set it up in my fathers barn (new insulated barn not never used for animals) in wv. We would have to ship it down there but he's told me I could put servers there before. He's got a buisness class fiber connection so the bandwidth is decent the down side is he's usually in mane these days so if we loose remote access it may be a week or two before we can get it back up. Also the ac isn't all that great in the summer when he's not staying there. So he has had issues with ups units over heating. On the bright side you can't beat the free colo price.
