Pro Bono Lawyer to sue the DOE.
I applied for a tutoring job for a p=
rivate company created under the "No Child Left Behind Act" (yes, that crap=
is still around!). It was for going to student's homes and assist them wit=
h their studies. It pays $15/hr - $20/hr.
$15/hr if you only have a =
college degree and little to no experience in tutoring.
$20/hr if you ar=
e a certified teacher.
Apparently these bozos liked my resume, crede=
ntials and blowing away their exams that they hired me on the spot as Tutor=
Supervisor at $25/hr... pending on my fingerprints.
They came in el=
ectronically and according to them, I am still employed by the DOE. Under t=
he Title I hold to work for this or any other company is a conflict of inte=
rest. The DOE Records show that I was never in college, despite
showing the degree and transcripts I recently earned. I was immediately le=
t go with no explanation other that this.
Being suspended from the D=
OE since 10/10, I have not worked for them since and during this time. Nor =
have I received a check or any other form of compensation for this. Since I=
am no longer working for them, then I should be able to work anywhere. Rig=
ht? Then why are they telling companies that I still work for them when I d=
ont? I need to sue them and sue them until it hurts because it hurts me.

This has happened many times before, not only in educational jobs, but=
in all jobs that require fingerprints and background checks. So... know a =
lawyer? I'll pay 10% of what I win.
