from my initial discussion with th manager at suspenders the would charge us $500 a night to use the room for class space.
So we would need to get atleast 7 people to signup just to break even.
For that they will the room up for us as a class room in advance for us every night set up a PA at our request make sure the WIFI is functioning and ofcourse we would have use of the LCD projector.
It shouldn't be to hard to get the number of people we need to signup but we need to promote the class. Also I'd like to make sure our taxes are in order in advance so we can offer people who sign up for the class the option of deducting it from their taxes as a donation.
