I believe I read that she was disinclined to spend the money on a lawsuit, which is understandable. The interesting thing though is how this editor and the publication she works for is apparently being taken down by Internet Justice. There's been enough copyright infringement discovered over there now against parties who employ lawyers full time that Cooks Source is in a deep pile of animal refuse now.
