Berry Linux.
I dont know if they have updated recently, but they have a distro that looks like a WinXP Clone- right down to the icons. But click on the icons- you get the Open Source versions of the apps you wanted; IE: MS Office opens to Open Office, Photoshop opens to GIMP, etc... It is made in Japan, and switches from English to Japanese easily.
