Its not easy with the SD card. I've given this some thought. The libraries need to be on the root file system, The best way to go about this is to install the entire OS on the SD card, and then use the built in drive for /home or /usr/local/apache or some such thing.
Otherwise, you might be able to do this with the UnionFS, but I don't know how without reading up on the documentation.
