That's both my take on the situation, and what I see over at NYLUG as
well. Attendance has been down, although that's partly due to fatigue
among the doers, and so feeds on itself.
I'm hoping to see the upswing in volunteers like when the Internet
Bubble burst, but haven't yet. Everyone seems pretty wrapped up in
survival mode. I'm in it myself.
