So then you have a KDE version and an XFE version all because there isn't a generalized a desktop setup anymore and everything is now ramchucked into the damn desktop including auto mount, device recognition, font servers, sysadmin ...it just sucks.
There is all this technology in the way now I can't any longer find the computer underneath it all.
