Only if the talent plans to stay. Businesses never want to invest in
temporary employees. That's just training talent for the competition.
C'mon, this is basic free enterprise stuff here.
Look, the world isn't fair. Never will be.
Won't be right until I'm running it from on high.
It's not likely that I'll ever unseat the almighty.
So until then, maybe teach your kids a little about entrepreneurship.
The schools certainly aren't going to do it. It'll be the best thing
that anyone ever does for them. You know that there is absolutely no
loyalty of business to the employees. Teach them now, so when they need
to go off on their own, they'll fear it less.
