Hi Ruben,
I have a win-win proposal to offer you and your company, if you are hiring
consultants / contractors, for a minimum of 4 months.
If you are looking to hire consultants on a contract basis, we are willing
to waive our consulting fee for the first month to allow you to try the
consultant at no additional cost to your company. For this first month, you
only pay for the hourly rate charged by the consultant only, plus payroll
costs, if any. This allows you to try the consultant without paying the
additional "agency profit margin".
After the first month, if you like the consultant's performance, and decide
to extend the consultant for the duration of the contract, which has to be
for a minimum of 3 months, we will then invoice you at an hourly bill rate
of 1.6 times the first months hourly bill rate, allowing us to make our
profit margin.
Additionally, if you just want to hire the consultant on a permanent basis,
after the first month, then you would pay our competitive placement fee. If
you want a temp-to-hire arrangement, then we can offer a sliding placement
fee over six months, with no fee at the end.

our business comes from repeat business, I would like to make you one of our
repeat clients!
