If you are a student or know a student who could be creating some awesome code with Perl or Parrot this summer, you need to act NOW.
The application deadline is Monday, but if you haven't gone through a couple rounds of feedback by then you probably won't succeed. Applications sent at the last minute are unlikely to be accepted.
If you know some students or professors, you should contact them about this today (not tomorrow.)
