I couldn't tell you because you haven't explained the FISA laws yet, but I can tell you that as far as I'm concerned, the Government can tap any line it wants as long as they are in pursuit of people who want to explode a nuclear weapon over NYC and have the time, resources, fanatisms and means to do so.

I don't accept blogs in general as useful places to aquire information. Why don't you explain the FISA law and your POV of how they are being violated and how that is a problem.
