Happy thanksgiving!
The attached IRS forms need to be completed within 90 days. The three
year advance ruling period of NYLXS is about to expire.
Someone will need to complete the attached forms in order for NYLXS to
receive permanent 501c3 status. This will determine whether they are
treated as a publicly supported organization or as a private foundation
and therefore is important that someone completes the attached forms.
If NYLXS was required to file a federal form 990 you could get the
necessary information from schedule A.
