SUBJECT | Subject: [NYLXS - HANGOUT] New Website updates and Next Meeting
|
If anyone's been looking, I've been slowly getting the Mailing Archive up and good progress has been made. We're close to having the entire mailing list back up for the first time since the crash.
The Freedom-IT list will quickly follow and then the implimentation of the WIKI like interface for Freedom-IT will get up and running. Unlike a conventional wiki, it will work with both web based edits and email responses to simplify interaction with the system.
Everything has been rebuilt with Object Orientated Perl, and Embperl.
Anyone interested in helping or who wants to get an upfront look at a fairly complex and advanced Perl Design, I'll be doing an NYLXS Open House in the coming week. I'll have it announced by Tomorow the exact times and place.
Everyone, thanks for the patients. Its been a bit much to revamp all my coding skills.
Ruben
