Cleaned as in how? I would suggest going in and strip the machine down and rebuild it. This process should clean out the major components. I would also take a paint brush and vacuum and chase the dust bunnies out of the fans, vents, cables, powersupply and other hiding places. It is a lot of work, but when putting the machine back together, it should turn on and you would have done the basic cable/jumper and heat sink checking in assembling it.
