Dropping binaries means I need to start parsing content mime types and the mail programs put these unique identification strings into the demarcator on the top and the bottom. Its not that difficult of a job but I really just don't feel like researching the standards right now.
Otherwise, I've done as you said and it works much better. I just need to make some more minor changes now and it will be good to go.
