KUDOS FOR NYLXS, GNU/Linux DEMO Report
Ruben was a big hit with the kids (he had said they would not like him).
Fernando was great. Michael (me) had fun. The kids learned something
(the teacher got there late and asked the kids what they learned). their
answers showed they were paying attention. The parents were wowed by
the education programs. The teacher had wide opened eyes when he heard
and saw some of what is in the distro's. All were blown away to get the
live cd's (Ubuntu and Ubuntu) at no charge. Ruben talked to the DJ
there and he might do the radio show for us. I committed NYLXS to
getting some computers for the center, how may has not been set yet.
I LOVE THE FEELING OF SUCCESS. GREAT WORK RUBEN, AND FERNANDO.
