Those are legitimate fears. However, assuming that we can get the
space, I think you can put together a pretty good list of speakers 4
months in advance.
If you had to push it back to March or April, however, I don't feel it
would be any big loss.
Just my opinion - I haven't been to upstate New York in a while.
