while I see your point, this program has worked wonders in London which
is where he got it from. And living in Manhattan is a nightmare with
deadly levels of toxic air and noise pollutants, so I have to say I
welcome it HUGELY. I am seriously considering moving out of state due
to the toxicity of Manhattan, not to mention the danger the traffic brings.
Now I will admit, Brooklyn will suffer from the parking hordes, which I
hated in the 80's and are exponentially worse now.
