That is pretty short notice. Is this the same indivudal we met at the Volunteer meeting? What he suggested I know from expereince with NYLXS is illegal in the State of New York and would be considered the making of a private slush fund for the board membership.
I tried to get more details about the financial complications of his efforts in Santa Domingo but we were cut off. Perhaps this will be a better venue to explore how what they do can be done without it being considered misapropriating funds in NY.
Aside from that, there was nothing he had suggested that hasn't been tried in New York. Maybe something new will be heard of on Monday. But everything he had suggested was already done by NYLXS and in some cases others.
BTW - if Lynn would be kind enough, it seems that 3 line from the Gnubies web site which included my presentation was removed from her website. It would be good if she would be kind enough to return it. This would be particularly true since at that time that presentation really kicked off the future success of GNUBIES when it was in doubt early in those days when Kathy and Lynn were struggling to do that together.
It was like this prior to the error on the page. I know I'm a bit of a PR hound, but hey, it takes time and effort to do all that out reach.
