First of all, its not free, but in addition to that, I have to admit that the Mac OS desktop has aways been viewed by me and the single ugliest, most useless, inherently unintuitive and crippled desktop I've ever touched.
And what makes this even more bizzarre is that the Next desktop and the Free Software derivitives like wmaker are pretty good and still my favorite work environemnt. So how can Aqua et al be just so bad. Its almost like if the Mac is really usable, then everyone would come to know just how nailed down the general OS is.
