There is no grey.
You can stand on your god damn head if you want and turn blue. No law can be made, copyright or otherwise, which can prevent an individual in their home from using their property anyway they see fit, even copying it and giving it to another. These acts are absolutely, solidly, locked up by both the 1st ammendment and 5th ammendment. Copyright is a Commerce Act, by definition. If your uncertain of this, pull your head out of your ass and go back to law school. Or do what I did and spend a ton of money on copyright lawyers to defend cases of copyright abuse.
I hate when amature assholes and ecomomic special interests blurt out utter bullshit about Copyright when they don't know WHAT THE FUCK they are talking about.
