Is this something that we should consider to get state money for our
sanctuary roof:
You are invited to a workshop on funding currently available under the
Environmental Protection Fund Local Waterfront Revitalization Program
and other NYS grant programs.
April 4, 2006

Henry Street Settlement Playhouse and Abrons Art Center
466 Grand Street (at Pitt Street)
Lower East Side, Manhattan
(F train to East Broadway or Delancey; D or B trains to Grand Street; J
or M trains to Essex Street. Walk to Grand Street and turn east. The
Playhouse is located at the northeast corner of Grand and Pitt Streets.)
The workshop will include discussion of application requirements and
procedures for the following programs: Parks, Historic Preservation and
Heritage Areas, Local Waterfront Revitalization, Brownfield Opportunity
Areas and Environmental Restoration. Information will also be available
from the Quality Communities Program, Department of Agriculture and
Markets, the New York State Canal Corporation, and the Department of
Environmental Conservation.
Workshops are being held between March 27 - April 11, 2006 at locations
throughout the state. The full workshop schedule and additional
