The more important question here is how bad/good was he treated by this
Non-Profit that this situation was allowed to occur in the first place.
Most SysAdmins who also perform Accounting functions don't usually walk out
unless provoked.

A non-profit organization in the Bronx has suddenly lost its network/IT guy,
who left on bad terms. The guy also did all the finances for the
organization as well as all the network stuff. They need help getting into
/hacking into this guy’s organizational account (email, network), and may
need other network help as well, such as possible file recovery, etc.
