Someone needs a proofreader. That's Seroquel. And it's a dopamine antagonist aka anti-psychotic, not a first-line anti-depressant even ignoring the weight issue.
I really get scared when I hear of ppl self-dosing with Seroquel PRN. Especially when they neglect taking their mood stabilizer. Or their OHAs. The article doesn't mention this, but it exists.
