I would say maybe begin to gather info.
We see it as there are a cpl solutions
1) Get VA Software to let us use SFEE for this (our current solution,
not perfect, but it does work pretty well already, this is potentially
the most minimal amount of work).
2) Setup and maintain bugzilla/mediawiki/mailman. This is possible,
however some people at the company *cough*Ben*cough* have issues with
how bugzilla looks :).
3) Write and develop our own solution. As insane as this seems, this
seems to be the currently preferred avenue. There has been some work on
this by some other people, and they seem to have made some decent
progress, but not something that will be usable in the near term (near
meaning this month or next).
4) Setup a Mambo(or Joomla)/GForge site. This is possible, Personally I
would prefer the b/m/m combo to this. (but that is due to familiarity)
